Notes from the Roaster
This blend is called Dhahabu (the Swahili word for gold) and is comprised of coffees from 4 wash stations just south of Mount Kenya. After some test batches to determine its perfect roast level, we decided that we liked it both medium and dark. Roasted dark accentuates its big body and lingering finish.
