We’re pleased to fill your cup with this naturally processed micro lot hailing from the province of San José and one of the most recognizable coffee-producing regions in Costa Rica – Tarrazú. Harvest coincides with the region's dry season, which lasts from November to March - this contributes not only to coffee uniformity but also the ability to process the coffee by sun-drying.
We’re roasting it light to allow for full appreciation of the boozy and complex fruit flavors.
