We are thrilled to offer this wonderful Organic Mexico from the GRAPOS cooperative in the renowned Chiapas region. It has been years since we have sourced from this area, but this fully washed coffee stood out when we sampled it, yielding notes bursting with chocolate and caramel. We are also happy to partner with the cooperative, which carries numerous certifications in addition to Organic, including Fairtrade, SMBC Bird-Friendly, and UTZ. We blend this coffee into our Morning Ride, but we believe you will love it as a single varietal as much as we do.
