Jittery Joe’s Coffee – Return & Refund Policy

At Jittery Joe’s, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee with every order. Because coffee is a perishable product roasted specifically for you, our return policy is designed to ensure both quality and fairness.

Fresh Coffee Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us.

Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We take pride in our roasting and will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we roast to order, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
