Jittery Joe’s Coffee – Shipping Policy
At Jittery Joe’s, we roast our coffee fresh and ship it quickly so you can enjoy it at its peak.
Order Processing
All coffee is roasted to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
We currently ship domestically within the United States via UPS Ground. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location. Note that this range may vary based on UPS shipping loads.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Freshness Commitment
Because our coffee is roasted fresh for each order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed for roasting or shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jittery Joe’s is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
