Jittery Joe’s Coffee – Subscription (Purchase Options) Cancellation Policy

At Jittery Joe’s, we roast coffee fresh and ship it quickly so you always get the best cup possible. Because of this, we’ve designed our subscription policy to be flexible while respecting our roasting and fulfillment process.

Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

  • Skipping a shipment
  • Changing your coffee selection
  • Updating your shipping or billing information

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

Orders Already Processed
Once an order has been processed or roasted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This ensures the freshness and quality of every batch we send.

Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected delivery frequency. You will be charged on the scheduled billing date associated with your subscription.
