Café de Olla

This delicious Café de Olla was inspired by the popular drink created during the Mexican Revolution.  Black coffee, piloncillo (a traditional brown sugar) and cinnamon are blended into a one of a kind treat, resulting in a sweet, floral and chocolate profile.  We believe this creation honors its historical roots while providing a unique taste for today.  Pre-ground and perfect as either a drip or French press.
