A core commitment at Jittery Joe’s is to get as close as possible to the farmers most responsible for growing the wonderful coffee that you enjoy in your cup. This is why we take origin trips around the world to personally meet the farms and the families that run them.

This same philosophy extends to our matcha. We source our green tea through Kokoro, a company with whom we have formed a close relationship. Kokoro works directly with a matcha farm in the Aichi Prefecture outside of Toyota, Japan. Through our many origin trips to Aichi, we've seen firsthand the dedication and care that goes into the harvest.

As a result, Kokoro has imported what we believe is one of the finest ceremonial grade teas on the planet. Loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, this finely ground tea powder is great on its own or added to your favorite drink – leaving you feeling calm yet charged.
